Tom Tucker, Owner
Tom Tucker, - Owner and Founder of Media Ranch has years of professional experience in the world of Audio-Video Design and Installation. Wanting to focus his career in custom home electronics, in 1992, Tom turned his visions into projects by making the move to residential installations. Originally from the Twin Cities of Minnesota, Tom moved to Telluride in 2001. Tom’s dedication to the region is demonstrated through his work with local organizations and involvement with festivals. You may catch him on the slopes, hiking, dirt bike riding, playing guitar or spending time with his son!

Tobin Taylor, Programmer & Project Coordinator
Tobin, raised in Telluride, left to attend college at University of Colorado, Boulder. He graduated with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Film Production. Tobin joined Media Ranch in August, 2006. With his knowledgeable background, Tobin can custom design your system. When he is not doing Crestron programming and project design; Tobin coaches, skis, hikes, and mountain bikes.

Michael Pepi, Project Manager & Installation Technician
Michael (Peeps) Pepi, has lived in Telluride 10 years, again, another “almost” native. Peeps has watched Telluride grow through his 15 years of experience in the construction industry. He has been with Media Ranch for 2 years, starting as an installation technician and has now taken over all aspects of inventory, as well as scheduling. Peeps enjoys listening to live music, traveling and snowboarding.

Tanya Paliani, Accounting & HR
Tanya, of Flint, Michigan has resided in Telluride for the past nine years. Tanya manages the company finances and human resources; she has been with Media Ranch since January 2007. Tanya attended Michigan State University and Fort Lewis College. You can spot Tanya skiing, biking, kayaking, and generally outside with friends and her dog Zelda
